Under the framework of the SCICAR project, the workshop is offered to PhD students. The purpose of the workshop is to provide students an opportunity to initiate their own literature review, with first-hand guidance from the moderator. During the first day (16.09), students gets hands-on experience of systematic literature search mechanisms, setting inclusion-exclusion criteria and sorting literature based on them. The final product of the first day is the PRISMA report. During the second day (17.09), individual consultation is to be provided on students’ findings from previous day. Times for the consultation is to be decided on the first day. The workshop is offered to no more than five students.
The workshop is provided by Tapashi Binte Mahmud Chowdhury, PhD (find cv on ETIS here). It is based on her post-PhD experience on systematic review (one published article in International Journal of Science Education and another article under finalising process).
